Selection is based on the child’s interest, current ability, and learning goals. The trial session helps assess these factors, after which a suitable course is recommended.

Guidance is provided after understanding the child’s strengths, areas of improvement, and comfort level, ensuring the selected course is the right fit rather than a random choice.

All sessions are live, one-on-one, and interactive, allowing the mentor to adapt teaching style and pace based on the child’s response and learning speed.

A free trial session is available to experience the teaching approach, interaction style, and overall learning environment.

The same mentor continues for regular sessions, which helps maintain consistency and comfort.

Progress is measured through improvements in confidence, participation, understanding, and skill application, along with regular feedback. Parents can access the feedback shared by mentors on the edvi.app.

Free rescheduling may be possible with prior notice, depending on availability. Session policies are shared clearly during enrollment.

Refunds are handled as per the company’s policy, with eligible cases considered on a pro-rata basis. Unutilized sessions may also be adjusted or transferred to another course, depending on the plan.
